  • We are not liable for declined payment authorizations or exceeded bank limits.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are delivered within 2–7 business days (estimated).
  • International orders (pre-paid only) are delivered in 30–45 business days, up to 60 days depending on availability.
  • Crossbow orders imported via sea freight will take approximately 3 months.
  • Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested on the same day of placing the order, before dispatch.
  • Customized products, slingshot bands, ammo balls, and opened packages are non-returnable.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective/incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

  • Certain products may carry manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Target Slingshot is not liable for misuse, injury, or damages resulting from improper use of products.
