At TargetSlingshot.com, operated by TARGET SLINGSHOT, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched to vendors/merchants for shipping.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for:
- Perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.)
- Customized products
- Rubber bands
- For other items, cancellation requests must be submitted via email at support@targetslingshot.com with your order number.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
- Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt with images/videos as proof.
- Once verified by our merchant/warehouse team, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
- If the product does not match the description or your expectations, notify our support team on the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service team will review and take an appropriate decision.
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us for more information and assistance in processing your request.
3. Return Policy
- Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery (except perishable, personal-use, or non-returnable items).
- Items such as slingshot bands, ammo balls, and customized products are non-returnable once opened or delivered.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs with any courier, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved by TARGET SLINGSHOT, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
