At TARGET SLINGSHOT, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review the details below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your products.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Customized products may require additional processing time; we’ll notify you if applicable.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via trusted partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote/Interior Areas: 7–12 business days
- Shipment from India Warehouse: 2–7 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Buyers (India)
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–7 days of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at checkout (subject to courier/post office norms).
International Buyers (Pre-Paid only)
- If the item is available in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- If the item is a pre-order imported from abroad, it will be delivered in 30–45 business days, and in some cases up to 60 days depending on product availability.
- Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
Special Category
- Crossbow Orders (Sea Freight): Delivery time is approximately 3 months.
Handover Guarantee: TARGET SLINGSHOT guarantees to hand over consignments to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at confirmation. Delivery timelines thereafter depend on the courier/postal authorities.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Track your shipment on our website or directly on the courier’s tracking page.
6. Delays & Non-Delivery
- TARGET SLINGSHOT is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos.
- We’ll investigate and resolve with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.
